Parexlanko lance Par H\u00e9ritage SE, un sous-enduit \u00e0 la chaux a\u00e9rienne d\u00e9di\u00e9 au b\u00e2ti ancien, avec une empreinte carbone r\u00e9duite de 20 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parexlanko (Sika) a pr\u00e9sente, un sous-enduit \u00e0 la chaux a\u00e9rienne con\u00e7u pour la restauration et la pr\u00e9servation du b\u00e2ti ancien et des b\u00e2timents historiques. Appel\u00e9 Par H\u00e9ritage SE, il est formul\u00e9 \u00e0 base de chaux a\u00e9rienne et d’argile. Le produit exploite une r\u00e9action pouzzolanique, le m\u00eame principe qui a permis aux constructions romaines de r\u00e9sister au temps.<\/p>\n

Cette composition assure une bonne perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la vapeur d’eau tout en prot\u00e9geant les fa\u00e7ades du ruissellement des eaux. Sa teinte ros\u00e9e et sa texture limitent par ailleurs le d\u00e9veloppement des moisissures et des champignons, \u00e0 en croire un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan environnemental, Sika annonce une r\u00e9duction de 20 % de l’empreinte carbone en sortie d’usine par rapport \u00e0 son Sous-enduit de restauration \u00e0 la chaux blanc Parlumi\u00e8re Clair, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’utilisation de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res plus respectueuses de l’environnement.<\/p>\n
