Elle porte une ambition : un parc de b\u00e2timents au niveau basse consommation (BBC) en 2050, dans le neuf comme dans la r\u00e9novation.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019abord d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans le neuf, le label BBC Effinergie a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clin\u00e9 en r\u00e9novation d\u00e8s 2009, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa derni\u00e8re version : le BBC Effinergie R\u00e9novation 2024.
