Con\u00e7u par l\u2019Atelier Cosme Architecture, ce b\u00e2timent de 150 m\u00b2 fait notamment appel \u00e0 un moucharabieh de briques pour animer ses fa\u00e7ades.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Destin\u00e9s au stockage du mat\u00e9riel et aux vestiaires des agents municipaux, les nouveaux ateliers d\u2019Ouville-la-Rivi\u00e8re s\u2019inscrivent dans un environnement villageois marqu\u00e9 par l\u2019utilisation traditionnelle de la terre et du bois. Pour ce projet, l\u2019Atelier Cosme Architecture a choisi de reprendre certains codes des long\u00e8res normandes tout en proposant une \u00e9criture architecturale contemporaine. Le b\u00e2timent pr\u00e9sente ainsi un volume allong\u00e9, dont les fa\u00e7ades sont habill\u00e9es de briques moul\u00e9es main Forum Branco de Wienerberger. Leur teinte blanc-cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ros\u00e9e et leurs ar\u00eates irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res cr\u00e9ent des variations de texture et de couleur selon la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\"><b>Un moucharabieh de briques en fa\u00e7ade<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Le traitement des deux pans bris\u00e9s constitue l\u2019une des particularit\u00e9s du projet. Les architectes ont imagin\u00e9 un moucharabieh r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de briques pos\u00e9es en joints creux, formant une surface ajour\u00e9e. Cette mise en \u0153uvre concerne 38 m\u00b2 de fa\u00e7ade, auxquels s\u2019ajoutent 157 m\u00b2 de parements pleins. La r\u00e9alisation de ces ouvrages a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un travail de pr\u00e9paration entre l\u2019agence d\u2019architecture, le fabricant et l\u2019entreprise de ma\u00e7onnerie RBA Matter. Des dessins techniques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle 1\/5 ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en amont pour pr\u00e9ciser les d\u00e9tails d\u2019assemblage et anticiper les contraintes de pose.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"s1\"><b>Le bois et le torchis associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la terre cuite<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">Au centre du b\u00e2timent, un porche \u00e0 structure bois rappelle les passages couverts des anciennes granges. Il assure une liaison visuelle et pi\u00e9tonne vers la mairie, implant\u00e9e sur la m\u00eame parcelle. Les parois int\u00e9rieures de ce passage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en torchis dans le cadre d\u2019un chantier participatif associant les habitants de la commune. L\u2019intervention a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9e par Six Pieds sur Terre, entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la ma\u00e7onnerie traditionnelle. Le projet met ainsi en \u0153uvre la terre sous deux formes : cuite pour les parements ext\u00e9rieurs et crue pour les surfaces prot\u00e9g\u00e9es du porche. Cette association de mat\u00e9riaux se prolonge dans les am\u00e9nagements ext\u00e9rieurs, avec des pav\u00e9s de b\u00e9ton dont la teinte rappelle celle de la terre cuite.
