Avec batijournal TV, il revient sur les bonnes pratiques pour parvenir \u00e0 diminuer l\u2019impact carbone du b\u00e2timent, alors que le cadre r\u00e9glementaire se durcit.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Guillaume Meunier est responsable du Hub des prescripteurs bas carbone, un groupe de travail r\u00e9unissant une centaine d\u2019acteurs du secteur qui r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent aux bonnes pratiques pour parvenir \u00e0 diminuer l\u2019impact carbone du b\u00e2timent. <em>\u00ab On regarde la RE2020, ses limites, comment la pousser dans ses retranchements \u00bb<\/em>, explique-t-il. Le groupe travaille \u00e9galement sur les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances des seuils progressifs de 2028 et 2031. Une r\u00e9glementation qui, selon Guillaume Meunier, <em>\u00ab est un cadre absolument g\u00e9nial pour d\u00e9carboner \u00bb et qui doit \u00eatre \u00ab suffisamment difficile pour que les acteurs actent la transformation \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Comment y arriver ?
