Photo : FCBA\" \/>\u000b\u000bDepuis le 24\u00a0octobre\u00a02010, la France dispose d\u2019une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation parasismique, ent\u00e9rin\u00e9e par la parution au Journal Officiel de deux d\u00e9crets sur le nouveau zonage sismique national et d\u2019un arr\u00eat\u00e9 fixant les r\u00e8gles de construction parasismique \u00e0 utiliser sur le territoire. \u00c0 compter du 1er\u00a0mai\u00a02011, ces textes permettent l\u2019application des nouvelles r\u00e8gles Eurocode\u00a08 \u00ab\u00a0Calcul des structures pour leur r\u00e9sistance aux s\u00e9ismes\u00a0\u00bb.\u000bLa journ\u00e9e technique \u00ab\u00a0Risque sismique et construction bois\u00a0\u00bb a r\u00e9uni un large panel d\u2019experts qui ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le nouveau cadre normatif ainsi que l\u2019avancement des travaux de recherche dans le domaine de la sismicit\u00e9.\u000b\u000bCadre normatif\u000bD\u00e9cret n\u00b0\u00a02010-1254 du 22\u00a0octobre\u00a02010 relatif \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention du risque sismique\u000b\u000bD\u00e9cret n\u00b0\u00a02010-1255 du 22\u00a0octobre\u00a02010 portant sur la d\u00e9limitation des zones de sismicit\u00e9 du territoire fran\u00e7ais\u000b\u000bArr\u00eat\u00e9 du 22\u00a0octobre\u00a02010 relatif \u00e0 la classification et aux r\u00e8gles de construction parasismique applicables aux b\u00e2timents de la classe dite \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 risque normal\u00a0\u00bb\u000b\u000b<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4035 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/b.bati-journal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/zonageA4-206x300.jpg\" alt=\"zonage sismique en France\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Extension des zones sismiques r\u00e9glement\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<p>Le territoire national est divis\u00e9 en zones de sismicit\u00e9 gradu\u00e9es de 1 (zone de tr\u00e8s faible al\u00e9a) \u00e0 5 (zone d\u2019al\u00e9a fort). La r\u00e9glementation s\u2019applique dans les zones de sismicit\u00e9 2, 3, 4 et 5. \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence de l\u2019ancienne r\u00e9glementation, le zonage est fond\u00e9 sur un d\u00e9coupage communal et non plus cantonal. De \u00ab\u00a0nouvelles\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9gions sismiques apparaissent sur la carte\u00a0: le Nord et le Grand-Ouest. Plus de 21\u2009000\u00a0communes se retrouvent d\u00e9sormais en zone sismique r\u00e9glement\u00e9e, ce qui correspond \u00e0 60\u2009% des communes fran\u00e7aises, contre 14\u2009% dans l\u2019ancien zonage.\u000b\u00ab\u00a0Ce nouveau d\u00e9coupage ne signifie pas un accroissement de la sismicit\u00e9 en France, mais une meilleure connaissance de l\u2019al\u00e9a\u00a0\u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Hiromi Kobayashi, charg\u00e9e de mission \u00ab\u00a0Risque sismique\u00a0\u00bb au minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9cologie.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0Mieux vaut pr\u00e9venir que gu\u00e9rir\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Selon Victor Davidovici, expert internationalement reconnu dans le domaine de la construction parasismique qui a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la journ\u00e9e technique, il est possible de limiter les cons\u00e9quences des ph\u00e9no-m\u00e8nes sismiques en appliquant certaines r\u00e8gles \u00e0 la construction\u00a0: capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 absorber l\u2019\u00e9nergie du s\u00e9isme, ancrage au sol et traitement des assemblages sont autant d\u2019outils efficaces. Ainsi, par exemple, dans le cas des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 ossatures m\u00e9talliques ou bois, au niveau des fondations, il est essentiel de solidariser les points d\u2019appui entre eux. En passant en revue de nombreux exemples de s\u00e9ismes \u00e0 travers le monde, Victor Davidovici a rappel\u00e9 que le calcul doit \u00eatre global, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire fait par rapport \u00e0 tout le b\u00e2timent et non pas s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, \u00e0 ses diff\u00e9rentes parties, comme, par exemple, les murs ma\u00e7onn\u00e9s et la charpente bois.<\/p>\n<p>\u000b<strong>Recherches en cours<\/strong>\u000bEn ce qui concerne la recherche dans le domaine du comportement parasismique des constructions bois, deux \u00e9tudes sont men\u00e9es actuellement par FCBA en partenariat avec le CSTB\u00a0: Sisbat et Sismob, respectivement sur la charpente en bois et le mur \u00e0 ossature bois. Leur but\u00a0? Am\u00e9liorer la connaissance et la fiabilit\u00e9 des ouvrages \u00e0 un moindre co\u00fbt. En attendant leurs r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9finitifs, les professionnels ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 disposition les r\u00e8gles CPMI (Construction Parasismique Maison Individuelle) pour la conception et la r\u00e9alisation de b\u00e2timents courants \u00e9rig\u00e9s en zones sismiques, a rappel\u00e9 M\u00e9nad Chenaf, chef de la division Ing\u00e9nierie de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et technologies associ\u00e9es au CSTB.\u000b\u000b<strong>La phase amont prend son temps<\/strong>\u000bQuelles seront les cons\u00e9quences de cette nouvelle r\u00e9glementation sur la fa\u00e7on de travailler des entreprises\u00a0? \u00ab\u00a0Cela d\u00e9pendra des entreprises, du type de structure \u2013\u00a0mixte ou non\u00a0\u2013 et m\u00eame du type de b\u00e2timent puisque les exigences diff\u00e9reront selon les constructions, dit Jean-Michel Guellier, responsable au bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes de l\u2019entreprise CMBP\u00a0(28). Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, le risque sismique doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 en amont, au stade de l\u2019avant-projet. De fait, de nouveaux calculs vont \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires et augmenter les d\u00e9lais d\u2019\u00e9tude. Les ma\u00eetres d\u2019\u0153uvre doivent prendre conscience de l\u2019importance de ce travail en amont et de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un travail global sur la structure. En outre, cette prise en compte du risque sismique qui correspond \u00e0 l\u2019Eurocode\u00a08 va nous inciter \u00e0 passer enfin aux calculs Eurocode pour nos dimensionnements courants.\u00a0\u00bb Selon Jean-Michel Guellier, la structure bois est une solution efficace face au risque sismique et peut parfaitement r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Nos structures sont assez bien contrevent\u00e9es \u2013\u00a0voile travaillant ou structures triangul\u00e9es par exemple\u00a0\u2013 et tout \u00e0 fait aptes \u00e0 encaisser des efforts sismiques. Ceci est d\u00fb notamment aux assemblages du bois qui sont plus ductiles que dans d\u2019autres structures.
