C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande des adh\u00e9rents de l&rsquo;UFFEP (Union fran\u00e7aise des fabricants et entrepreneurs de parquets) par le FCBA (institut technologique For\u00eat, cellulose, bois-construction, ameublement), afin de sensibiliser consommateurs et monde du n\u00e9goce \u00e0 la notion de transport raisonnable\u201d. Les parquets fabriqu\u00e9s en Chine et utilisant des bois fran\u00e7ais cumulent un total de 2 800 km parcourus sur route et de plus de 37 000 km par voies maritimes&#8230; Depuis la for\u00eat jusqu&rsquo;au consommateur, 1 000 m2 de parquets fabriqu\u00e9s en France consomment, en moyenne, 14,2 GJ (Giga Joules) d&rsquo;\u00e9nergies non renouvelables pour le transport, contre 251 GJ lorsque les grumes partent en Chine pour \u00eatre transform\u00e9es puis reviennent en France afin d&rsquo;y \u00eatre vendues.
