Alors qu&rsquo;elles avaient assez bien resist\u00e9 \u00e0 la crise, les ventes de logements en immeubles collectifs ont baiss\u00e9 de 14,6 % par rapport au premier trimestre 2011. Celles des maisons ont baiss\u00e9 de 12,8 %. Sur les quatre derniers trimestres, le nombre de ventes s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 101 000 soit 9,4 % de moins qu&rsquo;au cours des quatre trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.\u000bAu cours du premier trimestre 2012, 28 500 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en vente, soit 2,8 % de moins qu&rsquo;au premier trimestre 2011. Les mises en vente de logements en immeubles collectifs ont recul\u00e9 de 2,9 % et celles de maisons de 1,9 % par rapport au premier trimestre 2011.\u000bSur les quatre derniers trimestres, ce sont 120 000 logements neufs qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur le march\u00e9, soit 5,7 % de plus qu&rsquo;au cours des quatre trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents.\u000bLa diminution des ventes et l&rsquo;augmentation des mises sur le march\u00e9 donnent un encours de logements neufs propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la vente sup\u00e9rieur de 23,4 % \u00e0 celui de fin mars 2011. Il atteint 79 300 logements fin mars 2012.\u000bEn un an, le d\u00e9lai moyen d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement passe de 7 mois \u00e0 9 mois et demi pour les logements collectifs et de 10 mois \u00e0 11 mois pour les logements individuels.\u000bAu premier trimestre 2012, le prix moyen au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 des logements en immeubles collectifs est sup\u00e9rieur de 1,7 % \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait au premier trimestre 2011.
