Le nombre de r\u00e9servations trimestrielles approche des 20 000 logements, plus bas niveau depuis 2008. Alors que les r\u00e9servations d&rsquo;appartements ont diminu\u00e9 de 3,6 % par rapport au premier trimestre 2012 pour atteindre 17 800 r\u00e9servations, les ventes de maisons individuelles, sont en l\u00e9g\u00e8re progression sur un an (+ 5,2 %), mais elles restent sur des niveaux faibles depuis le premier trimestre 2012 (en moyenne 2 200 r\u00e9servations). Le prix de vente moyen d&rsquo;une maison neuve (241 k\u00bb) a diminu\u00e9 de 7,3 %.\u000b\u000bLe nombre de logements neufs mis en vente (25 300 unit\u00e9s) est en nette diminution par rapport au premier trimestre 2012 (- 20,6 %). Toutefois, cette tendance s&rsquo;est invers\u00e9e par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent avec pr\u00e8s de 9 % de mises en vente suppl\u00e9mentaires. 98 300 logements sont sur le march\u00e9.
