L&rsquo;apport de chaleur y est optimis\u00e9 par une isolation rigoureuse, une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air sept fois plus performante que celle d&rsquo;une maison RT 2012, un syst\u00e8me de VMC double flux \u00e0 la distribution \u00e9tudi\u00e9e et un puits canadien \u00e0 2,50 m de profondeur. Ses besoins en chauffage sont donc r\u00e9duits au minimum. L&rsquo;essentiel de la chaleur est apport\u00e9 par les rayons du soleil via une importante surface vitr\u00e9e, en m\u00eame temps que la lumi\u00e8re naturelle.\u000b\u000bLe vitrage sp\u00e9cifique permet d&rsquo;atteindre un coefficient de transmission thermique Ug de 0,6 W\/m2.K et un facteur solaire de 60 %. Les menuiseries bois install\u00e9es favorisent la surface de triple vitrage. Compri bande et joints de compression y minimisent les infiltrations d&rsquo;air.\u000b\u000bLes besoins en eau chaude sanitaire sont assur\u00e9s par des capteurs et un ballon solaire, lequel, ainsi que ses tuyaux, sont isol\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciale-ment (tuyau de cuivre de 16 mm avec isolant de 20 mm).\u000b\u000bLe bois constitue l&rsquo;ossature de l&rsquo;\u00e9difice. Une poutre en I de 300 mm, dispos\u00e9e tous les 60 cm, assure la stabilit\u00e9 de la construction. Cette structure a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e pour un assemblage plus rapide.\u000b\u000bL&rsquo;isolation est en ouate de cellulose issue de papiers et journaux re-cycl\u00e9s. Des panneaux en fibres de bois enduits de chaux assurent son imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9.\u000b\u000bDes interrupteurs sans fil ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place ; le courant n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation de la prise choisie est lib\u00e9r\u00e9 du tableau \u00e9lectrique.\u000b\u000bDe plus, toutes les entreprises intervenantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es dans un rayon de 50 km afin de r\u00e9duire l&#8217;empreinte carbone du projet. Les bois proviennent de For\u00eat-Noire, en face des Vosges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chiffres cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>surface : 156 m2<\/li>\n<li>12 mois d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes<\/li>\n<li>6 mois de chantier<\/li>\n<li>43,55 m2 de vitrage<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de gaines<\/li>\n<li>12 kWh\/m2\/an en besoin de chauffage, soit 1 872 kWh\/an<\/li>\n<li>8 268 kWh\/an d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, soit l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de quatre maisons Europassive<\/li>\n<li>Consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique estim\u00e9e : 350 euros par an<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Projet lanc\u00e9 il y a un an et demi, la maison Europassive a ouvert ses portes d\u00e9but novembre en Alsace.
