Un puissant courant ascendant ayant une vitesse de 15 m par seconde sera cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans la tour. 32 turbines dispos\u00e9es en cercle \u00e0 la base de celle-ci transformeront le courant d\u2019air en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Cette centrale aura une puissance de 200 MW. Son co\u00fbt de 520 millions d\u2019euros sera amorti en 11 ans.
