Apr\u00e8s 10 ans de croissance exponentielle, entre 1997 et 2007, le march\u00e9 du neuf a ressenti les premiers signes de d\u00e9croissance d\u00e8s 2008. Si le logement r\u00e9sidentiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier impact\u00e9 par la crise, l\u2019immobilier de bureaux a, quant \u00e0 lui, seulement \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint un an apr\u00e8s. Faisant suite \u00e0 36 mois particuli\u00e8rement moroses pour les professionnels de la construction, l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2011 voit en effet souffler un vent de reprise sur le march\u00e9 du neuf r\u00e9sidentiel, surtout pour le secteur du logement individuel. Cependant cette embellie demeure fragile et n\u00e9cessite un contexte favorable, aussi bien au niveau national qu\u2019international, pour se confirmer. D\u2019autant plus que 2011 reste pour l\u2019immobilier de bureaux, une ann\u00e9e charni\u00e8re avec un d\u00e9but de stabilisation annonc\u00e9 pour les b\u00e2timents productifs et les stigmates d\u2019un retour \u00e0 la croissance pour les b\u00e2timents d\u2019accueil. L\u2019ensemble de cette \u00e9tude conjoncturelle sur le march\u00e9 de la construction neuve fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une publication officielle de l\u2019ONTSBTP (habituellement r\u00e9serv\u00e9e \u00e0 ses partenaires).
