Les deux pr\u00e9sidents ont rappel\u00e9 les probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s par le b\u00e2timent depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es : la LME et les d\u00e9lais de paiement, le statut de l&rsquo;auto-entrepreneur, l&rsquo;augmentation de la TVA, pass\u00e9e de 5,5 % \u00e0 7 % qui va encore augmenter&#8230;\u000b\u000bLes s\u00e9nateurs se sont montr\u00e9s attentifs et rassurants. Ils ont indiqu\u00e9 que le Gouvernement \u00e9laborait des pistes concernant aussi bien la tr\u00e9sorerie des entreprises que la r\u00e9novation thermique. Ils souhaiteraient limiter dans le temps le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du r\u00e9gime d&rsquo;auto-entrepreneur, pour permettre \u00e0 ceux qui ont r\u00e9ussi de rentrer dans le droit commun, et emp\u00eacher ceux qui ne font pas de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ce dispositif.
