C&rsquo;est en tout cas ce que d\u00e9montre l&rsquo;\u00e9tude globale annuelle men\u00e9e par l\u2019Institute for Building Efficiency de Johnson Controls, l\u2019International Facility Management Association et l\u2019Urban Land Institute.\u00a0<\/strong>\u000b<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"339\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"10\" align=\"right\" bgcolor=\"#D9E8ED\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Principaux r\u00e9sultats<\/strong>\u000b\u2022 7 sond\u00e9s sur 10 \u2013 en venant de 6 sur 10 \u2013 d\u00e9clarent que la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie est importante pour eux, les sond\u00e9s d\u2019Inde (89 %) et de Chine (85 %) exprimant le plus d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, suivis par les USA\/Canada (66 %) et l\u2019Europe (61 %).\u000b\u2022 Trois sond\u00e9s sur quatre se sont donn\u00e9 des objectifs de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ou de l\u2019empreinte carbone.\u000b\u2022 Pr\u00e8s de 4 sur 10 ont obtenu au moins une certification de b\u00e2timent \u00e9cologique, deux fois plus que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e. 32 % de plus ont incorpor\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de b\u00e2timents \u00e9cologiques.\u000b\u2022 Les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019immeubles pr\u00e9voient de poursuivre les processus de certification de b\u00e2timent \u00e9cologique pour leurs immeubles existants (39 %), soit un peu plus que ceux comptant certifier de nouvelles constructions (35 %).\u000b\u2022 L\u2019\u00e9clairage et le chauffage, la ventilation, l\u2019air conditionn\u00e9 et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des contr\u00f4les ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre les am\u00e9liorations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques les plus populaires l\u2019an pass\u00e9.\u000b\u2022 Les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019immeubles ont un meilleur acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques mais peu d\u2019entre eux en profitent. Plus de 8 sur 10 mesurent et enregistrent ces donn\u00e9es au moins une fois par semaine ou par mois, mais moins de 2 sur 10 consultent et analysent ces donn\u00e9es au moins une fois par semaine. Ceux qui ont impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 une technologie de r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique ou d\u2019immeuble intelligent \u2013 comme des syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s de gestion et de mesure de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, \u2013 sont pr\u00e8s de trois fois plus susceptibles de consulter et d\u2019analyser fr\u00e9quemment leurs donn\u00e9es.\u000b\u2022 Les organisations qui se fixent un objectif de r\u00e9duction, analysent fr\u00e9quemment leurs donn\u00e9es \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, ajoutent des ressources internes ou externes et recourent \u00e0 un financement externe, adoptent quatre fois plus de mesures d\u2019am\u00e9lioration que celles qui ne le font pas.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>\u000bL\u2019augmentation du prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, les incitants gouvernementaux et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019image publique poussent l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique vers de nouveaux sommets. Selon les r\u00e9sultats de la cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9tude annuelle globale \u00ab\u00a0Energy Efficiency Indicator\u00a0\u00bb qui porte sur pr\u00e8s de 4 000 propri\u00e9taires et op\u00e9rateurs d\u2019immeubles du monde entier, un nombre croissant d&rsquo;entre eux mettent en effet tout en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9duire leur consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons un niveau record de projets de gestion et de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019\u00e9nergie dans le monde entier, bien plus pour des raisons financi\u00e8res qu\u2019environnementales,<\/em>\u00a0d\u00e9clare Dave Myers, vice-pr\u00e9sident et pr\u00e9sident de Building Efficiency, chez Johnson Controls.\u00a0<em>Quelles que soient les motivations, les b\u00e2timents repr\u00e9sentent 42 % de la consommation globale d\u2019\u00e9nergie, donc la tendance actuelle visant \u00e0 rendre les b\u00e2timents plus efficaces \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement est une activit\u00e9 intelligente, qui aide \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des emplois locaux et profite \u00e0 l\u2019environnement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u000b\u000b<strong>Objectif : consommer moins<\/strong>\u000bBien que la premi\u00e8re motivation des projets d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique soit la r\u00e9duction du co\u00fbt de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, les soutiens gouvernementaux et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019image publique jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important, se classant \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me et la troisi\u00e8me places de l\u2019\u00e9tude. La r\u00e9duction des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, qui figurait \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me place en 2010, est tomb\u00e9e \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me en 2011.\u000bL\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt de l\u2019\u00e9nergie est clairement \u00e0 l\u2019esprit des propri\u00e9taires d\u2019immeubles. Huit sond\u00e9s sur dix pr\u00e9voient une augmentation \u00e0 deux chiffres du prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie dans les douze prochains mois. En cons\u00e9quence, les propri\u00e9taires se sont donn\u00e9 pour objectif une r\u00e9duction moyenne des consommations de 12 %.\u000bMais des obstacles importants compliquent la r\u00e9alisation de ces objectifs ambitieux. L\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement et la rentabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re sont les principaux obstacles rencontr\u00e9s dans le monde entier. En effet, l\u2019acc\u00e8s au capital est cit\u00e9 en premier par les sond\u00e9s des USA\/Canada (38 %) et d\u2019Europe (30 %).\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0En rendant le financement plus accessible, les d\u00e9cideurs ont une opportunit\u00e9 unique de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de leurs objectifs \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et environnementaux,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0ajoute Dave Myers.\u000b\u000bLa technologie au service de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9\u000bL\u2019\u00e9tude montre pour l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord une augmentation \u00e0 deux chiffres des propri\u00e9taires d\u2019immeubles am\u00e9ricains\/canadiens qui pensent que la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie est importante (66 %), contre 52 % l\u2019an dernier. Les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019immeubles pr\u00e9voient que les technologies \u00e9lectriques et d\u2019immeuble intelligent conna\u00eetront un taux d\u2019adoption sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des \u00e9nergies renouvelables dans la prochaine d\u00e9cennie aux USA\/Canada. 77 % des propri\u00e9taires de b\u00e2timents am\u00e9ricains\/canadiens pr\u00e9voient d\u2019inclure des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de b\u00e2timents \u00e9cologiques dans leurs projets immobiliers au cours des douze prochains mois. L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents reste la premi\u00e8re strat\u00e9gie globale de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre aux USA\/Canada (52 %), puis en Europe (28 %), en Chine (27 %) et en Inde (24 %).\u000b<em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour g\u00e9rer et op\u00e9rer des immeubles avec une efficacit\u00e9 maximale, les professionnels des b\u00e2timents vont devoir renforcer leur gamme de comp\u00e9tences afin d\u2019utiliser avec succ\u00e8s des technologies immobili\u00e8res complexes, d\u00e9clare Tony Keane, CAE, pr\u00e9sident et CEO de l\u2019International Facility Management Association.
