Dans le cadre de la R\u00e9glementation thermique 2012, Gedimat et Gedibois ont mis en place certaines mesures pour accompagner leurs clients professionnels pour la promotion de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Partenariat avec le bureau d’\u00e9tudes thermiques Synergisud, Pass’Eco Energie ou encore formations des artisans pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d’Eco-conditionnalit\u00e9.\u000b\u000bLe partenariat Synergisud se d\u00e9coupe en deux volets : construction et r\u00e9novation. Dans le cadre de la construction, le BET accompagne le ma\u00eetre d’ouvrage dans l’\u00e9tude thermique avant travaux, d\u00e9livrant ainsi une attestation Bbio, indispensable \u00e0 la demande de d\u00e9p\u00f4t de permis de construire. Il peut \u00e9galement r\u00e9aliser l’\u00e9tude de dimensionnement des \u00e9quipements afin que le b\u00e2timent r\u00e9ponde aux exigences de consommation d’\u00e9nergie. En plus de cette \u00e9tude, Gedimat propose des contr\u00f4les (assur\u00e9s par des prestataires) obligatoires dans le cadre de la RT 2012 : tests d’infiltrom\u00e9trie (\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l’air) et contr\u00f4le final pour l’obtention de l’attestation de prise en compte de la r\u00e9glementation thermique indispensable \u00e0 la demande d’ach\u00e8vement des travaux.\u000b\u000bConcernant la r\u00e9novation, Gedimat\/Gedibois proposent le Bilan Confort Economie d’Energie. Cette offre comprend un diagnostic r\u00e9alis\u00e9 chez les clients particuliers et, en fonctions des r\u00e9sultats, propose diff\u00e9rentes solutions de travaux \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Ces solutions sont chiffr\u00e9es en termes de co\u00fbt de travaux et surtout en termes d’\u00e9conomie d’\u00e9nergie qui vont \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es. Ce bilan reprend \u00e9galement les aides financi\u00e8re accessibles en fonction des travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour aider le client dans son plan de financement.\u000b\u000bLe dispositif Pass’Eco Energie permet d’int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la fois le professionnel qui r\u00e9alise les travaux, en l’incitant \u00e0 utiliser des mat\u00e9riaux g\u00e9n\u00e9rant un maximum d’\u00e9conomie d’\u00e9nergie, et le client final en diminuant le co\u00fbt effectif des travaux, optimisant ainsi le temps de retour sur investissement. Revers\u00e9 sous forme de prime et cumulable avec d’autres aides, le montant du Pass’Eco Energie est variable en fonction du type de travaux, de logement, de chauffage et de la zone d’habitation.\u000b\u000bLes travaux doivent concerner l’isolation de combles ou de toitures, l’isolation de murs, l’isolation de planchers ou des fen\u00eatres (ou porte-fen\u00eatre) compl\u00e8tes avec vitrage isolant. Ensuite, la d\u00e9marche est simple : Gedimat\/Gedibois orienteront le client vers un artisan qui r\u00e9alisera ces travaux de r\u00e9novation en conformit\u00e9 avec les normes en vigueur et en utilisant des mat\u00e9riaux \u00e9ligibles. Lorsque les travaux seront effectu\u00e9s, le particulier recevra sa prime Pass’Eco Energie sous la forme d’un bon d’achat valable un an dans les points de vente Gedimat\/Gedibois.\u000b\u000bGedimat propose aux artisans de participer \u00e0 des sessions de formation. A partir du 1er juillet 2014, les artisans devront \u00eatre titulaires d’un label qualit\u00e9 (type Qualibat ou Qualif\u00e9lec) et avoir suivi une formation Feebat pour obtenir la mention RGE (Reconnu Grenelle de l’Environnement). Les formations seront organis\u00e9es par r\u00e9gion (seize dates pr\u00e9vues) sous forme de sessions de trois jours. Elles seront dispens\u00e9es par l’Acad\u00e9mie de la performance et de l’efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (APEE). Ce label qualit\u00e9 permettra \u00e0 leurs clients particuliers de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des aides publiques (cr\u00e9dit d’imp\u00f4t, PTZ).<\/p>\n
