Patrick Li\u00e9bus, pr\u00e9sident de la CAPEB, vient de rencontrer Fran\u00e7ois Hollande. Ce rendez-vous constitue un signal politique fort puisque le pr\u00e9sident de la CAPEB n’avait jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u es qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l’Elys\u00e9e. C’est une reconnaissance plus que jamais n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l’heure o\u00f9 le secteur du b\u00e2timent traverse une crise tr\u00e8s profonde qui sera lourde de cons\u00e9quences. Les deux hommes se sont entretenus sur tous les sujets qui d\u00e9termineront l’avenir du secteur : la hausse de la TVA programm\u00e9e pour 2014, les auto entrepreneurs, les entreprises low cost. Patrick Li\u00e9bus commente : \u00ab J’ai pu pr\u00e9senter nos mesures pour sauver le secteur de la construction. Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a sembl\u00e9 tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par notre proposition de pr\u00eat r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (PERL), ainsi que par l’id\u00e9e d’utiliser les emplois d’avenir sur le programme Habiter Mieux.
