Un couple habitant le presbyt\u00e8re ne supportait plus les nuisances sonores et voulait que les cloches arr\u00eatent de sonner la nuit. D\u00e9bout\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re instance par le tribunal administratif de Strasbourg, la Cour administrative d&rsquo;appel de Nancy a reconnu leur pr\u00e9judice et a condamn\u00e9 la commune \u00e0 leur verser 1 500 euros de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats. Selon le maire, Jean-Claude Wannenmacher, \u00ab\u00a0Sur les 270 familles qui r\u00e9sident \u00e0 Sainte-Ruffine, plus de 250 ont sign\u00e9 une p\u00e9tition pour le maintien des cloches. Seule une famille se plaint du carillon\u00a0\u00bb.
