C\u00e9cile Duflot a sign\u00e9 deux arr\u00eat\u00e9s qui nomment Claude Dilain pr\u00e9sident du conseil d’administration de l’Agence nationale de l’habitat et Blanche Guillemot directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Claude Dilain remplace Dominique Braye qui pr\u00e9sidait l’Anah depuis 2010, Blanche Guillemot remplace quant \u00e0 elle Isabelle Rougier, arriv\u00e9e \u00e9galement en 2010.\u000b\u000bQuelques jours auparavant, le conseil d’administration de l’Anah, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 pour la derni\u00e8re fois par Dominique Braye a vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9 deux \u00e9volutions importantes permettant d’am\u00e9liorer l’efficacit\u00e9 de l’intervention de l’Agence d’une part, en faveur de la requalification des quartiers anciens, et d’autre part, de l’adaptation des logements des seniors les plus modestes. Le Conseil d’administration de l’Anah a notamment d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’ouvrir la possibilit\u00e9 de financer des immeubles durablement vacants. Cette mesure permettra de favoriser la reconqu\u00eate des centres anciens qui se d\u00e9peuplent et de limiter l’\u00e9talement urbain. Il sera par ailleurs d\u00e9sormais possible pour les collectivit\u00e9s de proposer une reconstitution des logements \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du foncier lib\u00e9r\u00e9. Le conseil d’administration a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’\u00e9tendre la possibilit\u00e9 de faire des avances aux travaux d’adaptation du logement \u00e0 la perte d’autonomie qui en \u00e9taient jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent exclus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
