Terre Solaire, sp\u00e9cialiste des \u00e9nergies renouvelables pour le chauffage et la production d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, s’est dot\u00e9 en janvier dernier d’un tout nouveau si\u00e8ge social, vitrine de son savoir-faire. Ce b\u00e2timent \u00e0 \u00e9nergie positive, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Douains, dans l’Eure, abrite 600 m2<\/sup>\u00a0de bureaux et 350 m2<\/sup>\u00a0d’espaces de stockage. Afin de rendre ce b\u00e2timent performant \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement, Terre Solaire a fait appel \u00e0 son partenaire Schott Solar et a install\u00e9 des panneaux solaires haute performance du fabricant allemand sur l’ensemble de sa toiture. 493 panneaux photovolta\u00efques Schott Perform Mono 185 viennent donc \u00e9quiper cette construction, pour une production de 91 kWc. Coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 une pompe \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau et \u00e0 une ventilation double flux, cette production d’\u00e9nergie permet au b\u00e2timent d’atteindre une production trois fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 sa consommation propre. La production est disponible pour l’ensemble de la zone industrielle. En effet, le bilan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent \u00e9tant exc\u00e9dentaire, le surplus d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite par les panneaux solaires est vendu \u00e0 EDF et redistribu\u00e9 via le r\u00e9seau aux autres bureaux et ateliers pr\u00e9sents dans la zone d’activit\u00e9 Normandie Parc o\u00f9 est situ\u00e9 Terre Solaire. La consommation d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de ces soci\u00e9t\u00e9s correspondant en tous points aux p\u00e9riodes de production des syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques, \u00e0 savoir en journ\u00e9e, le transfert d’\u00e9nergie est donc optimis\u00e9. La conception du b\u00e2timent a permis \u00e0 Terre Solaire d’atteindre deux objectifs : r\u00e9duire au maximum l’empreinte carbone de ses nouveaux locaux tout en ma\u00eetrisant les co\u00fbts d’investissement et d’exploitation. Ainsi, le choix s’est port\u00e9 sur une construction bioclimatique, avec une orientation globale du b\u00e2timent plein sud, afin d’optimiser les rendements du toit solaire. Les bureaux plac\u00e9s au nord sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s de la chaleur en \u00e9t\u00e9 et agr\u00e9ables l’hiver du fait d’une isolation tr\u00e8s performante et \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l’air. Les bureaux sont distribu\u00e9s par un couloir enti\u00e8rement \u00e9clair\u00e9 par la lumi\u00e8re naturelle provenant d’un toit vitr\u00e9.
