Projet du groupe Babilou, la cr\u00e8che a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec la paroi Honka Fusion 128 mm selon la technique traditionnelle du bois massif empil\u00e9. Le b\u00e2timent d&rsquo;une superficie de 682 m<sup>2<\/sup> de plain-pied est con\u00e7u autour de trois volumes distincts dont les fa\u00e7ades sont habill\u00e9es de bardage. Orient\u00e9s au sud, les deux corps de b\u00e2timent d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux espaces d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s des enfants donnent largement sur le jardin. Entre eux, un mur-rideau vitr\u00e9 sur toute sa hauteur ouvre le c\u00a6ur de la cr\u00e8che sur un patio. Orient\u00e9 au nord, le troisi\u00e8me volume r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux espaces de service est \u00e9galement bard\u00e9 de bois. Sa toiture trait\u00e9e en terrasse v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e assure une partie de la r\u00e9tention des eaux pluviales. La partie centrale du b\u00e2timent est plus basse et sert d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment de liaison. Labellis\u00e9e BBC-Effinergie, la nouvelle cr\u00e8che est isol\u00e9e par l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur avec un isolant \u00e0 base de fibres de bois de 180 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur (Homatherm).
