Vendredi 31\u00a0octobre, les groupes PGS et Josso ont officialis\u00e9 leur accord par lequel la holding du groupe Josso confirme avoir ouvert son capital \u00e0 hauteur de 34\u00a0% au leader fran\u00e7ais de la palette bois, le groupe PGS. Pour Claudine Josso, P-DG du groupe du m\u00eame nom\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Les importants investissements \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pour \u00eatre comp\u00e9titif dans notre fili\u00e8re bois ne nous permettent plus de rester sous forme d’entreprise familiale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/i> Ce que confime Jean-Louis Louvel, pr\u00e9sident fondateur du groupe PGS\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce lien capitalistique, nous allons non seulement contribuer \u00e0 p\u00e9renniser la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Josso en la consolidant, mais aussi lui donner les moyens de ses ambitions.\u00a0\u00bb<\/i> Outre cet apport capitalistique, l’accord permet \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Josso de jouir de la large gamme de produits et de services du groupe PGS, et de l’appui de ses infrastructures en Bretagne. PGS dispose d’un site de production de palettes neuves – Technipal Bretagne, implant\u00e9 \u00e0 S\u00e9rent (56) – et de deux autres unit\u00e9s de productions de proximit\u00e9 – Technipal Normandie \u00e0 Saint-Andr\u00e9-de-Messei (61) et P\u00e9rur\u00e9na \u00e0 Coquainvilliers (14). La proximit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique entre les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s permettra de rationaliser et d’optimiser les productions de palettes et de mettre en place des synergies pour les approvisionnements en billons\u00a0; les deux scieries ayant des capacit\u00e9s de production et des diam\u00e8tres de sciage diff\u00e9rents. Enfin, pour consolider cette union, deux collaborateurs PGS ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tach\u00e9s sur place afin de mettre en \u00a6uvre le plan de d\u00e9veloppement du groupe sur ses trois c\u00a6urs de m\u00e9tiers\u00a0: la scierie, la fabrication et le reconditionnement de palettes.\u000b\u000bSalon de l’emballage, hall 6, stand M128<\/p>\n
