A Combourg (35), Intermarch\u00e9 et Hyper U ont r\u00e9nov\u00e9 leurs magasins en int\u00e9grant les \u00e9conomies d’\u00e9nergie \u00e0 leur projet. Energie Syst\u00e8me, filiale du groupe Delta Dore et partenaire d’EDF, a eu en charge le d\u00e9ploiement de solutions de gestion technique des b\u00e2timents (GTB). Les deux syst\u00e8mes install\u00e9s permettent de superviser et conduire les \u00e9quipements techniques. L’objectif est de centraliser l’information et d’optimiser le comportement des installations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques en fonction des contraintes d’usages, des variables d’environnement et des structures tarifaires des \u00e9nergies. Les d\u00e9passements de puissance sont \u00e9vit\u00e9s. Depuis novembre 2009, l’Intermarch\u00e9 combourgeois, pr\u00e9curseur pour l’enseigne au niveau national, oriente, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa GTB, l’utilisation des \u00e9nergies renouvelables (\u00e9olien, solaire thermique, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d’eau de pluie) selon les p\u00e9riodes tarifaires d’EDF. En p\u00e9riode de pointe, un recours \u00e0 ces derni\u00e8res sera \u00e9videmment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. Chez Hyper U, le syst\u00e8me de GTB permet, lui, de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des calories sur la condensation et la d\u00e9surchauffe de la centrale de froid positif alimentaire, ce qui engendre une \u00e9conomie de chauffage \u00e0 hauteur de 50 %, soit 70 % d’\u00e9missions de CO2 \u00e9vit\u00e9s.\u000bwww.deltadore.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
