PBM, filiale du groupe Wolseley France, a sign\u00e9 un protocole d’accord avec la SAS Savare, portant sur l’acquisition du groupe Sofiparts, num\u00e9ro un fran\u00e7ais des produits de structure bois. Avec un chiffre d’affaires de 121,4 millions d’euros en 2006 (+ 16,2 %), le groupe Sofiparts (670 employ\u00e9s) op\u00e8re notamment sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais de la fermette industrielle, o\u00f9 il occupe une position de co-leader sous la marque Charpentes Fran\u00e7aises. Il a \u00e9galement d\u00e9marr\u00e9 la production industrielle de maisons \u00e0 ossature bois sur 6 des 15 sites qui produisent et commercialisent la fermette. \u00c0 travers la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 James, il figure aussi sur le secteur des charpentes en lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9 ; enfin, il est pr\u00e9sent sur le march\u00e9 du bois rabot\u00e9 par l’interm\u00e9diaire de la compagnie Le Bois du Nord Savare. Cet achat r\u00e9affirme la volont\u00e9 de Wolseley France de s’implanter fortement sur le march\u00e9 de la construction neuve. Plac\u00e9e sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de Thierry Bergerault, cette nouvelle acquisition constituera le socle du p\u00f4le Structure de la division Importation et solutions bois de Wolseley.
