Pour cette cinqui\u00e8me session consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019architecture, trente-deux \u00e9quipes ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un dossier,\u000bL\u2019\u00e9quipe laur\u00e9ate qui recevra la somme de 5 000 \u20ac est l\u2019agence Philippe Lemonnier, pour la r\u00e9habilitation de la friche Gasse et Canthelou \u00e0 Elbeuf.\u000bLa reconversion en logement de cette ancienne usine textile, implant\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de la ville d\u2019Elbeuf, donne un nouveau d\u00e9part \u00e0 ce \u201cch\u00e2teau de l\u2019industrie\u201d du XIXe si\u00e8cle. Malgr\u00e9 son envergure, ce projet cr\u00e9e un quartier d\u2019habitat \u00e0 \u00e9chelle humaine o\u00f9 il fait bon vivre. Chaque logement a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi et optimis\u00e9 dans le contexte donn\u00e9 par l\u2019ancienne vocation des b\u00e2timents. L\u2019op\u00e9ration prodigue \u00e9galement une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019espace public qui est trait\u00e9 comme une rue \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re.\u000bUne mention sp\u00e9ciale est d\u00e9cern\u00e9e \u00e0 Etienne Lemoine pour le groupe scolaire des quatre pays \u00e0 Sainte-Colombe-pr\u00e8s-Vernon, un grand parall\u00e9l\u00e9pip\u00e8de entre for\u00eat et champs cultiv\u00e9s. Point d\u2019orgue de cette r\u00e9alisation tr\u00e8s contemporaine, une grande aile protectrice couvre l\u2019ensemble des lieux de vie des enfants. Les classes, abrit\u00e9es par des brise-soleil en bois, ouvrent sur le grand paysage au sud\u00a0; les espaces de distribution, au c\u0153ur du projet, sont g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, lumineux et lisibles.\u000bUne mention a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 Laurent Protois, de l\u2019agence Aliquante, pour des \u00e9quipements municipaux de Petit-Quevilly. Ces constructions sobres et exemplaires mettent en \u0153uvre les principes de l&rsquo;architecture bioclimatique. Les lignes de composition de ces deux b\u00e2timents en ossature bois, tels des kiosques, s\u2019inscrivent dans la nouvelle organisation du square Marcel-Paul qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9.\u000bUn livret mettant en valeur tous les dossiers pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sera envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage et ma\u00eetres d\u2019\u0153uvre de Haute-Normandie. La remise officielle du prix aura lieu le 23 mars 2011 dans le cadre du mois de l\u2019architecture.
