Le GSE Challenge Innovative Building & Design est un concours qui s’adresse aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves architectes dans leur formation de mast\u00e8re, et aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves ing\u00e9nieurs dans leurs deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dipl\u00f4mantes. Ils doivent, pour cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, concevoir un projet sur un site r\u00e9el, situ\u00e9 au nord-est de Paris, porte de La Villette. Cet \u00ab\u00a0entrep\u00f4t \u00e0 \u00e9tages\u00a0\u00bb doit remplir des fonctions de stockage et de messagerie. Prenant en compte l’\u00e9volution du co\u00fbt de l’\u00e9nergie et les imp\u00e9ratifs environnementaux qui vont modifier les grands \u00e9quilibres logistiques, l’entrep\u00f4t, consommateur d’espace, devra en outre \u00eatre dense, et s’adapter aux nouveaux modes de transport. Ce concours est organis\u00e9 par le groupe GSE, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la livraison cl\u00e9s en main de b\u00e2timents dans les secteurs industriel, logistique et tertiaire.
