Logirep, un des grands bailleurs sociaux ind\u00e9pendants, a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de construire un ensemble de maisons sociales, sur le mod\u00e8le des constructions en bois d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par l\u2019entreprise SPL, dans le Nord\/Pas-de-Calais. D\u2019un \u00e9tage, de type F5, ces pavillons certifi\u00e9s Haute Qualit\u00e9 environnementale et labellis\u00e9s Qualitel sont en accession \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9. A quelques m\u00e8tres, deux autres habitations du m\u00eame type sont en cours de construction. Livr\u00e9es en juin, elles seront propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la location sociale. Nous esp\u00e9rons une consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 40 kWh\/m2\/an, explique Pierre Gaudin, de l&rsquo;entreprise SPL. Les objectifs \u00e9cologiques et \u00e9conomiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rendus possibles par une combinaison judicieuse des principaux mat\u00e9riaux de construction (bois, terre crue, cellulose, Fermacell&#8230;), tous respirants, coh\u00e9rents avec les modes de chauffage choisis (po\u00eale masse ou plancher chauffant). D&rsquo;une surface de 100 m2, les deux pavillons sont vendus aux alentours de 1 600 euros le m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9, hors terrain.
