Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Castries dans l’H\u00e9rault, la Villa Hernan a fait l’objet d’une compl\u00e8te r\u00e9novation pour transformer cette maison traditionnelle en un espace de bureaux ouvert, moderne et modulable. Le nouveau b\u00e2timent valorise les activit\u00e9s et le savoir-faire du ma\u00eetre d’ouvrage, le bureau d’\u00e9tudes JMH Concepteur, sp\u00e9cialiste du secteur de la menuiseries aluminium. Pour remodeler ce b\u00e2timent de 160 m2, toutes les fen\u00eatres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9es par des coulissants aluminium deux vantaux de Kawneer et les anciens volets roulants monobloc par des volets coulissants monorail \u00e0 galandage AA3765 Kasting. Ces coulissants sont dot\u00e9s d’un seuil encastr\u00e9 situ\u00e9 au m\u00eame niveau que la terrasse ext\u00e9rieure pour faciliter la circulation des occupants et r\u00e9pondent parfaitement \u00e0 la norme d’accessibilit\u00e9 des personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite (Loi PMR). Des brises-soleil AA120 Kalumen avec une projection ext\u00e9rieure de 762 mm permettent de contr\u00f4ler les apports solaires et contribuent \u00e0 la performance thermique d’\u00e9t\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent.
