Il fallait que ce soit un chantier tr\u00e8s court : on l\u0092a commenc\u00e9 le 15 avril et termin\u00e9 fin ao\u00fbt, pour la rentr\u00e9e scolaire. Les d\u00e9lais ont pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duits gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fabrication en atelier. En parall\u00e8le, la ville souhaitait s\u0092engager dans une d\u00e9marche de d\u00e9veloppement durable. Le choix du bois semblait donc \u00e9vident. \u00bb\u000b\u000b\u000b\u000bChoix de l\u0092entreprise\u000b\u000bC\u0092est l\u0092entreprise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale OBM qui a remport\u00e9 le march\u00e9. Ce sp\u00e9cialiste des b\u00e2timents industrialis\u00e9s et modulables propose quatre syst\u00e8mes constructifs dont l\u0092ossature bois. Le groupe OBM r\u00e9pond fr\u00e9quemment aux appels d\u0092offres publics et poss\u00e8de une usine de fabrication de structures bois \u00e0 Orl\u00e9ans. \u00ab Il a fallu un mois pour pr\u00e9fabriquer la totalit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du chantier, dit Isabelle Demoor, responsable commerciale chez OBM. Certains panneaux faisaient 12\u2009m de longueur. L\u0092\u00e9quipe de montage de la structure \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de 2 \u00e0 4 personnes en fonction de la phase de travaux. \u00bb \u000b\u000b\u000b\u000bD\u00e9tails de la structure bois\u000b\u000bL\u0092ossature a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en sapin du Nord, classe 2, trait\u00e9 fongicide et insecticide. La structure verticale comporte des lisses basses et hautes, des poteaux corniers et interm\u00e9diaires, des traverses pour les baies et des poutres treillis de contreventement. La face ext\u00e9rieure des murs est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en panneaux de fermeture en OSB. Afin d\u0092\u00e9viter les remont\u00e9es capillaires, un feutre 36 S a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpos\u00e9 entre la lisse basse et la ma\u00e7onnerie.\u000b\u000bLa charpente traditionnelle, ne comportant pas d\u0092assemblages, est compos\u00e9e de pannes. Celles-ci sont fix\u00e9es sur les murs porteurs \u00e0 ossature bois et sur des poutres en lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9. La charpente est constitu\u00e9e de poutres en lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en bois de qualit\u00e9 II. Les panneaux de sous-toiture Trilatte Acoustique, avec, en sous-face, un panneau de particules hydrofuge class\u00e9 M1, pr\u00e9peint et perfor\u00e9 pour l\u0092am\u00e9lioration du confort acoustique, comportent un isolant en mousse de polyur\u00e9thanne expans\u00e9. R\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec du bois de classe 3, la charpente de l\u0092auvent au droit de la salle de jeux a re\u00e7u des panneaux translucides en polycarbonate alv\u00e9olaire. \u000b\u000bLe bardage qui habille la majeure partie de la fa\u00e7ade du b\u00e2timent est en pin douglas sans aubier, naturellement durable. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9 en clins par rainures et languettes sur des liteaux clou\u00e9s verticalement et \u00e0 \u00e9cartement 0,60 m. Les murs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s et bard\u00e9s enti\u00e8rement en atelier. \u000b\u000b\u000b\u000bDispositifs environnementaux\u000b\u000bOutre la structure bois, d\u0092autres dispositifs environnementaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place. Premi\u00e8rement, une isolation performante : 200\u2009mm de laine de roche et 50\u2009mm de fibres de bois. Sur certaines fa\u00e7ades, le ma\u00eetre d\u0092\u009cuvre a choisi d\u0092appliquer un enduit de parement suivant le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Sto Therm Classic M.O.B. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 comprend un isolant en polystyr\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 coll\u00e9 sur le support OSB, un enduit de base et un enduit de finition. Les menuiseries aluminium \u00e0 double vitrage sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de rupteurs de pont thermique. Un ballon d\u0092eau chaude sanitaire de 300\u00a0l \u00e0 double \u00e9changeur, solaire et \u00e9lectrique, est aliment\u00e9 par des panneaux solaires install\u00e9s sur la toiture. Une ventilation double flux, une pompe \u00e0 chaleur r\u00e9versible et les luminaires basse consommation font aussi partie des \u00e9quipements. \u00ab\u00a0Ce dispositif nous permet d\u0092envisager une consommation de 60 kWh\/m2\/an\u00a0\u00bb, estime Fran\u00e7ois Vacher. \u000b\u000b\u000b\u000bBois dedans, bois dehors\u000b\u000bEn tant qu\u0092architecte de la ville d\u0092Aulnay-sous-Bois, Fran\u00e7ois Vacher a vu \u00e9voluer la demande de la ma\u00eetrise d\u0092ouvrage pour les \u00e9quipements publics.\u000b\u000b\u00ab Le bois est de plus en plus pr\u00e9sent dans la construction, affirme-t-il. Si, au d\u00e9but, son utilisation \u00e9tait surtout visible au travers des charpentes en lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9, notamment dans les \u00e9quipements sportifs, aujourd\u0092hui, la demande concerne aussi le bardage bois.
