Dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;une v\u00e9ritable\u000b\u000bculture de la glace, la Ville d&rsquo;Epinal ne pouvait qu&rsquo;offrir un b\u00e2timent unique\u000b\u000b\u00e0 ses patineurs amateurs et professionnels. Une des contraintes principales du\u000b\u000bchantier \u00e9tait de trouver une technique permettant de couvrir les grandes surfaces\u000b\u000bde fa\u00e7ades. A la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;un gigantesque puzzle, chaque fa\u00e7ade est compos\u00e9e de\u000b\u000bpr\u00e8s de 600 m2; de cassettes en acier de 2 500 X 1 000 mm de hauteur pour les\u000b\u000btrames principales (des dimensions sur-mesure ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mises au point\u000b\u000bpar Arval), et de 1 200 m2; de bardage nervur\u00e9 horizontal. Du fait de leur\u000b\u000bdimension, les cassettes ont d\u00fb \u00eatre renforc\u00e9es par un nid d&rsquo;abeille et une\u000b\u000bcontre-t\u00f4le, afin de leur donner une plan\u00e9it\u00e9 correcte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u000b<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u000b\u000b\u000b\u000b<\/span>\u000b<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 0pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic';\">Des fa\u00e7ades uniques <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u000b<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u000b\u000b\u000b\u000b<\/span>\u000b<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: medium;\">A partir d&rsquo;une photo de cristaux de glace, plusieurs\u000b\u000b\u00e9chantillons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et test\u00e9s en situation sur le chantier, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0\u000b\u000bobtenir le r\u00e9sultat attendu par les architectes et la ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;ouvrage. Les\u000b\u000bcassettes ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 imprim\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie innovante du\u000b\u000bTransfert Num\u00e9rique Mol\u00e9culaire (TNM). L&rsquo;application suppl\u00e9mentaire d&rsquo;un vernis\u000b\u000bde finition thermodurcissable assure la protection de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du support.\u000b\u000bLes couleurs ne subissent aucune alt\u00e9ration dans le temps et sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par\u000b\u000ble vernis de finition, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour r\u00e9sister aux UV et est\u000b\u000btrait\u00e9 anti-graffiti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u000b<span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u000b\u000b\u000b\u000b<\/span>\u000b<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-size: medium;\">Les \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;Arval et de son partenaire Visiotechnic ont d\u00fb\u000b\u000bfaire face une nouvelle fois \u00e0 la contrainte des dimensions : certaines\u000b\u000bcassettes en acier pouvaient atteindre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 200 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Une telle\u000b\u000b\u00e9paisseur ne permettant pas l&rsquo;application du proc\u00e9d\u00e9, les cassettes ont \u00e9t\u00e9\u000b\u000bd\u00e9compos\u00e9es puis r\u00e9assembl\u00e9es une fois l&rsquo;impression termin\u00e9e. Elles ont ensuite\u000b\u000b\u00e9t\u00e9 colis\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;ordre de pose des fa\u00e7ades, d\u00e9fini selon un calepinage tr\u00e8s\u000b\u000bpr\u00e9cis. Les fa\u00e7ades int\u00e9rieures des gradins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 habill\u00e9es selon le m\u00eame\u000b\u000bmod\u00e8le, avec u travail e d\u00e9coupe suppl\u00e9mentaire du fait des arches des
