Un b\u00e2timent que le ma\u00eetre d\u0092&rsquo;ouvrage a souhait\u00e9 ultraperformant sur le plan de la gestion de l\u0092&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de l&rsquo;\u0092int\u00e9gration \u00e0 son environnement. Aussi un soin particulier a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9 aux am\u00e9nagements ext\u00e9rieurs. Lesquels visent \u00e0 mettre en valeur le patrimoine paysager naturel du site et \u00e0 maintenir la continuit\u00e9 des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. Masqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la vue par deux haies, les parkings sont situ\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie. Les cheminements pi\u00e9tons sont canalis\u00e9s jusqu\u0092&rsquo;aux bureaux par un platelage de bois qui se transforme en passerelle au-dessus d\u0092un ruisseau et d\u0092un bassin. Bassin de 1\u2009800\u2009m2 sur lequel repose un \u00ab\u2009\u009cuf\u2009\u00bb couch\u00e9, dot\u00e9 d\u0092une \u00ab\u2009coquille\u2009\u00bb en m\u00e9tal. Cet objet architectural a \u00e9t\u00e9 souhait\u00e9 par le ma\u00eetre d\u0092&rsquo;ouvrage \u00ab\u00a0comme un point central, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment singulier, spectaculaire et f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur\u00a0\u00bb. Selon l&rsquo;\u0092architecte G\u00e9raldine Jean, chef de projet de l&rsquo;\u0092agence Bodreau Architecture, \u00ab\u00a0La r\u00e9ussite de cette r\u00e9alisation atypique par sa forme g\u00e9om\u00e9trique et les contraintes techniques associ\u00e9es \u00e9tait un vrai challenge\u00bb.\u000b\u000b<strong>Charpente cintr\u00e9e<\/strong>\u000b\u000bSur le plan structurel, l&rsquo;oe\u0092\u009cuf a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en bois lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9. Ce qui a requis une charpente parfaitement cintr\u00e9e. Cintrage en deux ou trois dimensions\u00a0: deux dimensions pour les arcs longitudinaux, trois dimensions pour les entretoises transversales. Les assemblages, quant \u00e0 eux, sont totalement invisibles. Pour la couverture, plut\u00f4t que du zinc ou de l\u0092&rsquo;inox, l&rsquo;\u0092architecte a retenu un syst\u00e8me de bardage composite aluminium (Alucobond Spectra, d\u0092&rsquo;Alucobond)\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cette option nous a permis de r\u00e9pondre aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s techniques de la forme arrondie du b\u00e2timent, notamment au niveau des d\u00e9coupes li\u00e9es au cintrage.\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb Ainsi, pour \u00e9pouser la courbure de la structure, il a fallu imaginer une solution de d\u00e9coupe des plaques en trap\u00e8ze. Plaques de tailles diff\u00e9rentes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 respecter les rayons de la courbure et \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer 1 \u00e0 3\u00b0 d\u0092&rsquo;angle. Difficult\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire\u00a0: le cintrage n&rsquo;\u0092a pu se faire que dans un sens. Sur le plan esth\u00e9tique, le rev\u00eatement en panneaux composites en aluminium procure un aspect lisse et uniforme\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0rappelant la douceur et la texture d&rsquo;\u0092un oe\u009cuf\u00a0\u00bb. Dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u0092un bon pouvoir de r\u00e9flexion, le mat\u00e9riau cr\u00e9e des jeux de reflets avec l&rsquo;\u0092eau et la lumi\u00e8re.\u000b\u000b<strong>Int\u00e9grer en douceur<\/strong>\u000b\u000b\u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u0092\u00ab\u2009oe\u009cuf\u2009\u00bb, le b\u00e2timent principal, lui, est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u0092une enveloppe performante permettant de se passer de climatisation en \u00e9t\u00e9. La structure b\u00e9ton participe pleinement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0092apport d&rsquo;\u0092inertie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 ce type de concept. Isol\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u0092ext\u00e9rieur, il est habill\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u0092un bardage bois. Un parti pris architectural visant \u00e0 donner un aspect naturel au b\u00e2timent pour l\u0092int\u00e9grer au site pr\u00e9serv\u00e9. Le bois retenu, du red cedar, se patinera au cours du temps\u00a0et passera d\u0092&rsquo;une couleur dor\u00e9 clair \u00e0 une teinte gris argent. Le sas d&rsquo;\u0092entr\u00e9e et le volume en porte-\u00e0-faux sur la fa\u00e7ade sud sont v\u00eatus d&rsquo;\u0092aluminium. Sur le mur d\u0092&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, une plaque d&rsquo;\u0092inox d\u00e9coup\u00e9e fait office de brise-soleil : il s\u0092&rsquo;agit d\u0092&rsquo;une r\u00e9sille m\u00e9tallique perfor\u00e9e avec des formules thermodynamiques. \u00c0 l\u0092&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent, gestion de l\u0092&rsquo;\u00e9clairage oblige, deux puits de lumi\u00e8re et un atrium \u00e9clairent naturellement les espaces de bureaux. \u00c9nergie positive Pour atteindre la performance souhait\u00e9e, \u00e0 savoir un b\u00e2timent \u00e0 \u00e9nergie positive (Bepos), une enveloppe m\u00eame tr\u00e8s performante ne suffit pas. Les \u00e9quipements doivent l&rsquo;\u0092\u00eatre tout autant, et le recours aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables est indispensable. Ici, l\u0092&rsquo;ouvrage est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de 401\u2009m\u00b2 de panneaux photovolta\u00efques en toiture, en verri\u00e8re et en fa\u00e7ade sud, d&rsquo;\u0092une ventilation double flux avec ventilation nocturne et de deux pompes \u00e0 chaleur thermodynamiques \u00e9quip\u00e9es de ventilateurs basse consommation. D&rsquo;\u0092une surface d\u0092&rsquo;environ 2\u2009900\u2009m\u00b2, le b\u00e2timent consommera, suivant le calcul r\u00e9glementaire, 98\u2009600\u2009kWh\/an d\u0092\u00e9nergie primaire, soit 34\u2009kWh\/m\u00b2\/an. Une consommation de 50\u2009% inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la consommation de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence RT\u00a02005. En termes de consommation en \u00e9nergie finale apr\u00e8s correction r\u00e9glementaire apport\u00e9e au calcul pour valider le Bepos, la consommation d\u0092\u00e9nergie primaire est ramen\u00e9e \u00e0 38\u2009217\u2009kWh\/an (application du facteur de 2,58\u00a0: 98\u2009600\/2,58\u00a0=\u00a038\u2009217\u2009kWh\/an). De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la production photovolta\u00efque globale est calcul\u00e9e pour produire 47\u2009000\u2009kWh\/an d\u0092&rsquo;\u00e9nergie finale.
