Class\u00e9 patrimoine mondial de l&rsquo;Unesco depuis 1988, ce site a fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une r\u00e9habilitation lumi\u00e8re, men\u00e9e par Philips et le concepteur lumi\u00e8re Jean-Yves Soetinck. Ces nouvelles illuminations concernent plusieurs espaces et monuments cl\u00e9s de ce tr\u00e9sor de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque m\u00e9di\u00e9vale, avec plus particuli\u00e8rement : la Place du Ch\u00e2teau, les berges de l&rsquo;Ill, le Bassin de Vauban, le mus\u00e9e historique et le Palais Rohan. Les encastr\u00e9s de sol DecoScene LED, dispos\u00e9s tout autour de la place, dot\u00e9s de temp\u00e9ratures de couleur allant de 2 700 K \u00e0 5 700 K, ont permis de jouer sur les nuances de blanc. Par ailleurs, des accents de lumi\u00e8re r\u00e9v\u00e8lent certains d\u00e9tails architecturaux tels le fronton de l&rsquo;OEuvre Notre-Dame, le statuaire du Palais des Rohan, ou encore les frontons en arc. Les berges de l&rsquo;Ill et le bassin Vauban ont \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de nouvelles mises en lumi\u00e8re.
