Construit en deux ans et demi, ce projet r\u00e9pond \u00e0 trois enjeux : urbain, social et environnemental. Le site reconnect\u00e9 \u00e0 la ville, tout en maintenant le patrimoine industriel existant, propose des circulations et des espaces verts. Les b\u00e2timents, orient\u00e9s pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un \u00e9clairage naturel abondant, sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de protections solaires. Ecomat\u00e9riaux, syst\u00e8me de chaleur sp\u00e9cifique, protection acoustique naturelle, traitements sp\u00e9ciaux pour les fa\u00e7ades ext\u00e9rieures, les techniques de conception ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies afin que les locaux n\u00e9cessitent le moins possible de consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.
