Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;un motif d&rsquo;inspiration v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, original tant par sa mati\u00e8re en Solid Surface (DuPont Corian) que par le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;accroche. Ainsi, 250 panneaux de 19 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9s par l&rsquo;entreprise Cr\u00e9a Diffusion, qui a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un d\u00e9coupage tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis par commande num\u00e9rique et un cintrage en 3D des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui s&rsquo;entrecroisent sur la fa\u00e7ade gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me sp\u00e9cial de pr\u00e9hension mis en place sur les machines de d\u00e9coupe. Des tests d&rsquo;arrachement des fixations, de traction et de cisaillement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s avec le concours du CSTB. Les fixations &#8211; cales en tubes inox permettant l&rsquo;accroche \u00e0 20, 30 ou 40 cm de la paroi &#8211; ont d&rsquo;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9es en fa\u00e7ade, puis retaill\u00e9es selon des relev\u00e9s au laser pour une adaptation exacte.
