En utilisant l&rsquo;air pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 des panneaux a\u00e9rovolta\u00efques, R-VOLT ODYSSEE 2 offre un rendement thermique sup\u00e9rieur de 50% \u00e0 celui d&rsquo;un chauffe-eau thermodynamique conventionnel (en conditions normatives). Son COP est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 du march\u00e9, soit 4,07 en moyenne annuelle (6 panneaux R-VOLT en zone H2b). De plus, puisque l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite par les panneaux solaires compense totalement la consommation r\u00e9siduelle du ballon, le COP devient infini. Concr\u00e8tement, le gain sur le COP thermique permet au syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;assurer une production rapide d&rsquo;eau chaude \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 405 litres d&rsquo;eau chaude en 6 h 35, soit 5 heures de moins qu&rsquo;un chauffe-eau thermodynamique standard. Fabriqu\u00e9 en France, le syst\u00e8me est commercialis\u00e9 par Systovi.
