Salle p\u00e9dagogique \u00e9quip\u00e9e des derniers outils vid\u00e9o et informatiques, mais aussi salle de travaux pratiques, le centre dispose de six murs de pose pour une mise en situation r\u00e9elle, un mur pour chaque nouveau mode constructif (ossature bois, brique monomur, ITE), neuf maquettes repr\u00e9sentant les \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, ainsi qu\u2019une console de programmation pour se familiariser avec les volets roulants.
