La preuve en images avec trois r\u00e9alisations o\u00f9 la terre cuite a su r\u00e9pondre aux attentes et exigences des ma\u00eetres d’\u0153uvre.\u000b\u000bPremi\u00e8re r\u00e9alisation : \u00e9cole primaire Guillaume-Apollinaire \u00e0 Bondy (93), de l’architecte Anne-Charlotte Zanassi, atelier Phil\u00e9as\u000bEn plus d’une conception bioclimatique et de dispositifs techniques tr\u00e8s efficaces comme les rupteurs de ponts thermiques, un traitement acoustique renforc\u00e9 ou encore l’utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux recyclables et la gestion des eaux pluviales, l’architecte a souhait\u00e9 que chacun comprenne bien les enjeux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des dispositifs simples, visibles et compr\u00e9hensibles par tous. A savoir, des toitures v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9es, des panneaux pour la production d’eau chaude sanitaire de la cuisine ou encore des brise-soleil en terre cuite.
