L\u2019entreprise Corodis, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la conception et la distribution de produits de traitement et de d\u00e9coration pour le bois, vient de r\u00e9nover la fa\u00e7ade de son si\u00e8ge social situ\u00e9 dans les environs de Roanne, dans la Loire, en utilisant la solution con\u00e7ue dans ses laboratoires. La fa\u00e7ade de 200 m2, habill\u00e9e de bardage en m\u00e9l\u00e8ze, a \u00e9t\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, \u00e0 sa cr\u00e9ation en 2004, par une lasure acrylique Corilor, r\u00e9nov\u00e9e en 2008. Cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019industriel a utilis\u00e9 le saturateur acrylique monocouche Coriwood HUV Hydro afin de pr\u00e9senter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de cette finition sur ses propres locaux. Pour enlever l’ancienne lasure, il a donc fait r\u00e9aliser, par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, un gommage gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 mettant en \u0153uvre un abrasif \u00e9cologique Garnet \u00e0 faible granulom\u00e9trie et une pression de 4 \u00e0 5 bars pour ne pas creuser la surface du m\u00e9l\u00e8ze. Une couche de Coriwood HUV Hydro incolore anti UV a \u00e9t\u00e9 ensuite pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e sur le bois nettoy\u00e9, en lui redonnant son aspect d\u2019origine. L\u2019op\u00e9ration a demand\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre de 20 l de produit, dont le co\u00fbt de revient est d\u2019environ 1,2 euro HT\/m2.
