Cette r\u00e9conciliation reste toutefois limit\u00e9e, puisqu&rsquo;elle ne s&rsquo;\u00e9tend pas encore au non-r\u00e9sidentiel neuf. De plus, sa pertinence devra \u00eatre consolid\u00e9e dans le temps. Les nouvelles donn\u00e9es qui en sont issues conduisent \u00e0 une nette r\u00e9vision des \u00e9volutions sur la p\u00e9riode 2008-2013. A contrario, m\u00eames si les niveaux diff\u00e8rent, les tendances relev\u00e9es pour 2014 s&rsquo;av\u00e8rent assez similaires entre l&rsquo;ancienne m\u00e9thode (reculs respectifs de 12,0 % et 10,3 % des permis et mises en chantier de logements en date de prise en compte) et la nouvelle (reculs respectifs de 10,1 % et 11,4 % pour les m\u00eames champs en date r\u00e9elle estim\u00e9e). Selon Jacques Chanut : \u00ab\u00a0La progression des ventes se r\u00e9v\u00e8le porteuse d&rsquo;espoir pour l&rsquo;activit\u00e9. Elle est pour une large part le fruit de la mise en place du dispositif Pinel et de l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration du PTZ+. Si l&rsquo;on ajoute l&rsquo;ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du Plan de relance d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt 2014 et le retour, faible mais r\u00e9el, de la croissance \u00e9conomique, on peut augurer d&rsquo;un d\u00e9but de reprise des mises en chantier fin 2015, d\u00e9but 2016.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;actualisation des estimations 2014 d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et des pr\u00e9visions FFB pour 2015 se trouve peu modifi\u00e9e \u00e0 cette heure. De fait, hors effet prix, la production en logement neuf a recul\u00e9 de 10,8 % en 2014 et conna\u00eetrait une nouvelle baisse de 3,8 % en 2015, malgr\u00e9 une petite hausse (1,1 % pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment) des ouvertures de chantier. Quant au non-r\u00e9sidentiel neuf, le repli relev\u00e9 en 2014, avec \u001e6,4 % en volume, s&rsquo;accentuerait en 2015, \u00e0 \u001e9,4 %. Enfin, sur le segment de l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration-entretien, la baisse de production de 1,7 % en 2014 c\u00e8derait la place \u00e0 une hausse de m\u00eame ampleur en 2015, hors effet prix, principalement en lien avec le report de chantiers initialement envisag\u00e9s en 2014, faute d&rsquo;environnement institutionnel suffisamment stable et clair pour les donneurs d&rsquo;ordres. Au global, le vif recul de 2014 s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit \u00e0 \u001e5,1 % en volume, et la tendance 2015 s&rsquo;alourdit par rapport aux pr\u00e9visions de d\u00e9cembre 2014, avec \u001e1,5 % contre \u001e0,4 % initialement pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi, la baisse anticip\u00e9e \u00e0 30 000 postes pour 2014 est confirm\u00e9e (\u001e28 700 exactement soit \u001e2,4 %, dont \u001e23 800 salari\u00e9s et \u001e4 900 int\u00e9rimaires en \u00e9quivalent-emplois \u00e0 temps plein).
