A<\/span>pr\u00e8s trois mois de travaux de terrassement et de gros \u0153uvre b\u00e9ton, le levage de la structure bois du B\u00e2timent B, future vitrine du bois en Pays de la Loire, a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en mai sur l\u2019Ile de Nantes, le long du boulevard L\u00e9on-Bureau, au c\u0153ur du Quartier de la cr\u00e9ation.
\nLa structure bois porteuse du b\u00e2timent est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une succession de poteaux et de poutres en Douglas articul\u00e9s, dont trente portiques de 14,57 m de hauteur, dispos\u00e9s tous les 2,7 m. R\u00e9alis\u00e9s en lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9 de douglas, ces poteaux et traverses supportent la couverture, les murs ext\u00e9rieurs ainsi que les planchers. Ils viennent s\u2019accrocher \u00e0 deux noyaux de b\u00e9ton (cages d\u2019escalier et ascenseur). La r\u00e9alisation de cette structure originale a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 Axe 303, groupement de six entreprises de construction bois fond\u00e9 en 2010. Cinq d\u2019entre elles se partagent les t\u00e2ches de ce projet : fabrication de planchers d\u2019\u00e9tage et de murs, montage de portiques et de menuiseries. \u00ab\u00a0La particularit\u00e9 de ce chantier, c\u2019est un travail de pr\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s important, confie Georges Delrieu, pr\u00e9sident du groupement. Il fallait faire des plannings d\u00e9taill\u00e9s pour cinq entreprises diff\u00e9rentes, pour toutes les parties du chantier, et les coordonner entre eux.\u00a0\u00bb Le b\u00e2timent sera hors d\u2019eau\/hors d\u2019air cet \u00e9t\u00e9 ; sa livraison est pr\u00e9vue en mars 2013. Il sera la maison commune des acteurs r\u00e9gionaux de la fili\u00e8re bois : Atlanbois, Unifa (Union nationale des industries fran\u00e7aises de l\u2019ameublement) groupement Ouest, Office national des for\u00eats des pays de la Loire.<\/p>\n
