Pour ces futurs emprunteurs, la chute des taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat est un levier ind\u00e9niable dans la concr\u00e9tisation de leur projet. Ainsi, 84% d&rsquo;entre eux ont le sentiment que les taux sont attractifs.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les conditions d&rsquo;acquisition des pr\u00eats, seulement 35% des futurs emprunteurs estiment qu&rsquo;ils sont difficiles \u00e0 obtenir. Ainsi, si 38% des candidats \u00e0 l&#8217;emprunt ont un avis mitig\u00e9, ils sont 27% \u00e0 exprimer une certaine s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 quant au passage par la case banque dans le cadre de leur projet. \u00ab Cette approche est nouvelle. A la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2014, 1 futur acqu\u00e9reur sur 2 percevait les pr\u00eats comme \u00e9tant difficiles \u00e0 obtenir. En 2015, ils ne sont plus qu&rsquo;un tiers \u00e0 partager ce sentiment. Les futurs acqu\u00e9reurs semblent ainsi exprimer une certaine confiance quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;aboutissement de leur projet de financement. Le r\u00eave de l&rsquo;accession immobili\u00e8re leur para\u00eet plus r\u00e9alisable qu&rsquo;auparavant. \u00bb explique St\u00e9phanie P\u00e9cault, Responsable Etudes chez Logic-Immo.com en charge de l&rsquo;Observatoire du Moral Immobilier.
