Le Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du d\u00e9partement a souhait\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration des performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques de ce b\u00e2timent notamment par le biais d&rsquo;une isolation des fa\u00e7ades et un remplacement des menuiseries ext\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises du Groupe Bonnin Charbonneau, LCA &#8211; Les Charpentiers de l&rsquo;Atlantique -, sp\u00e9cialiste de la construction bois et HCL HABITAT, sp\u00e9cialiste de l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur\/ext\u00e9rieur, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies pour les lots bois et menuiserie de ce chantier, par l&rsquo;agence d&rsquo;architecture nantaise ATHENA. LCA a su transformer les contraintes d&rsquo;une r\u00e9novation en site occup\u00e9 en \u00e9l\u00e9ments positifs avec la pr\u00e9-fabrication des fa\u00e7ades ext\u00e9rieures en ossature bois pr\u00e9-isol\u00e9es. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 technique permet un gain de temps tr\u00e8s important \u00e0 la fabrication et une pose sur site tr\u00e8s rapide. L&rsquo;entreprise est all\u00e9e encore plus loin pour r\u00e9duire le temps pass\u00e9 sur chantier. LCA, en collaboration avec HCL HABITAT, a pr\u00e9-install\u00e9 en atelier, directement sur les modules bois, l&rsquo;ensemble des menuiseries et coffres de volets de ce chantier. Une fois livr\u00e9s sur chantier et apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9glages d&rsquo;aplombs r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, les modules bois pr\u00e9-fabriqu\u00e9s sont pos\u00e9s avec une grue puis fix\u00e9s \u00e0 la fa\u00e7ade entre eux.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Maxime Boyer de l&rsquo;agence ATHENA Architectes, parle du projet architectural de cette r\u00e9novation : \u00ab D&rsquo;un point de vue architectural, le projet de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique se concentre sur les fa\u00e7ades et les menuiseries. Le but est de venir mettre en place un complexe de modules en ossature bois comprenant l&rsquo;isolation et les menuiseries pour limiter les interventions sur site et les nuisances. Esth\u00e9tiquement, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de rajeunir ce coll\u00e8ge en lui donnant un aspect plus contemporain. Le bardage vertical en panneau composite permet de dynamiser les fa\u00e7ades et de \u00ab\u00a0casser\u00a0\u00bb l&rsquo;aspect r\u00e9p\u00e9titif des volumes des salles de classe.
