Comptant 27 grues, la production neuve parisienne atteint un niveau de production historique: 465 000 m\u00b2 sont en chantier dans la capitale, 60% au-dessus de la moyenne calcul\u00e9e depuis 2004. La ville compte alors 15 nouveaux chantiers, soit une croissance de la production neuve sur 6 mois de 65%. 35% des surfaces en chantier sont commercialis\u00e9es. La production neuve reste n\u00e9anmoins stable du fait de la vague de livraisons intervenue fin 2014-d\u00e9but 2015.
