Sa paroi inf\u00e9rieure horizontale lui permet de recevoir le plancher. La plaque de mousse isolante en polyur\u00e9thane, appel\u00e9e \u00ab correcteur \u00bb, renforce la rupture du pont thermique. Cette solution r\u00e9pond \u00e0 toutes formes de construction (murs en biais, arrondis) et aux diff\u00e9rents planchers d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur 16 \u00e0 24 cm (Vide-sanitaire, interm\u00e9diaires ou haut). Ce rupteur permet d&rsquo;une part d&rsquo;obtenir un coefficient moyen de d\u00e9perdition thermique performant et meilleur que la valeur impos\u00e9e par la RT 2012. Les valeurs obtenues se situent entre 0,18 et 0,35, selon les configurations de planchers alors que la valeur maximale impos\u00e9e par la RT 2012 pour les planchers interm\u00e9diaires est de 0,6 W(m.K). D&rsquo;autre part, cette innovation offre une alternative \u00e9conomique \u00e0 l&rsquo;isolation thermique int\u00e9rieure des planchers de rez-de-chauss\u00e9e (type planchers chauffants) : elle permet un excellent niveau d&rsquo;isolation avec un plancher isol\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur sous dalle (type dalle sur terre-plein), dont le pont thermique est trait\u00e9 directement dans la ma\u00e7onnerie par le Ruptherm.
