Brest m\u00e9tropole habitat s’est vu d\u00e9cerner \u00e0 Montpellier le premier prix des Troph\u00e9es Qualit\u00e9 Gaz naturel 2015 dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab Neuf \u00bb. Ce prix national vient couronner l’op\u00e9ration pilote passive r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur le quartier de Kerarbleiz \u00e0 Brest. 18 logements passifs dont la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25 kwh\/an ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits. Seize logements collectifs de type interm\u00e9diaire et deux pavillons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e2tis sous le signe de la qualit\u00e9 architecturale, paysag\u00e8re et des \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Cette op\u00e9ration-pilote offre un mod\u00e8le de construction et permettant une \u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie sup\u00e9rieure de 40 % par rapport au m\u00eame b\u00e2timent avec un niveau BBC. Les quatre b\u00e2timents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une isolation renforc\u00e9e : les murs sont isol\u00e9s par 22 cm de laine de verre et les toitures en zinc par 60 cm d\u2019isolant. Les logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019un pack chauffe-eau solaire individuel avec chaudi\u00e8re individuelle gaz \u00e0 condensation.
