Dans l\u2019ancien, les prix \u2013 qu\u2019ils soient sign\u00e9s ou affich\u00e9s \u2013 font de la r\u00e9sistance. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des prix affich\u00e9s, la hausse globale atteint 0,9 % (soit + 0,7 % pour les maisons et + 1,1 % pour les appartements) sur les trois derniers mois. Et sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, la tendance affich\u00e9e par les prix sign\u00e9s (c\u2019est \u00e0 dire constat\u00e9s au jour de la signature du compromis) est \u00e9galement \u00e0 la hausse : + 1,4 % pour les appartements et + 0,4 % pour les maisons. Les r\u00e9sultats enregistr\u00e9s par l\u2019immobilier sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e, avec des baisses de 0,9 % sur les prix sign\u00e9s pour les appartements et de 0,5 % pour les maisons, restent cependant n\u00e9gatifs sur cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Le logement neuf se porte bien en affichant une progression de 1 % pour les appartements et de 1,9 % pour les maisons (soit une augmentation de 1,2 % au global, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire maisons et appartements confondus), le march\u00e9 immobilier du neuf peut s\u2019enorgueillir de r\u00e9sultats en hausse sur les trois derniers mois. Les chiffres 2015 d\u00e9passent de 2,4 % ceux de 2014. \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence du march\u00e9 de l\u2019ancien dont l\u2019\u00e9volution annuelle demeure n\u00e9gative, les r\u00e9sultats engrang\u00e9s par le neuf sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode sont non seulement bons (+ 0,6 % pour les appartements et + 0,3 % pour les maisons) mais ils devraient encore s\u2019am\u00e9liorer. En effet, et comme le pr\u00e9cise Michel Mouillart, Professeur d\u2019\u00c9conomie \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris-Ouest et porte-parole du barom\u00e8tre LPI-SeLoger, \u00ab en d\u00e9pit de la pause estivale habituelle du march\u00e9, la pression sur les prix ne se s\u2019est pas rel\u00e2ch\u00e9e \u00bb. Septembre \u00e9tant traditionnellement un bon mois en termes de prix pour les appartements, la hausse devrait par cons\u00e9quent se poursuivre &#8211; et m\u00eame s&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer &#8211; dans le neuf.<\/p>\n<p>En int\u00e9grant trois des principaux acteurs du march\u00e9 immobilier (CapiFrance et OptimHome, r\u00e9seaux majeurs de conseillers immobiliers ind\u00e9pendants ainsi que Maisons France Confort, poids lourd de la construction de maisons individuelles), l\u2019Observatoire LPI est l\u2019une des bases les plus repr\u00e9sentatives de l&rsquo;immobilier.
