Cette forte hausse r\u00e9sulte \u00e0 la fois de l\u2019augmentation automatique des valeurs locatives, assiette de l\u2019imp\u00f4t, par les lois de finances (majoration forfaitaire de 7,94 % en cinq ans), et de la hausse des taux vot\u00e9s par les communes et d\u00e9partements (+ 7,86 % en moyenne).\u00a0L\u2019augmentation de 16,5 % de la taxe fonci\u00e8re sur cinq ans traduit un ralentissement du d\u00e9rapage de la taxe fonci\u00e8re (les \u00e9ditions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes de l\u2019Observatoire faisaient \u00e9tat d\u2019une augmentation de 21,26 % entre 2009 et 2013 et de 21,17 % entre 2007 et 2012).\u00a0La hausse de la taxe fonci\u00e8re demeure n\u00e9anmoins deux fois et demie sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019inflation constat\u00e9e entre 2009 et 2014 (estim\u00e9e \u00e0 6,50 % par l\u2019INSEE).
