Une enqu\u00eate de la DGCCRF montre que les obligations pr\u00e9vues par le r\u00e8glement \u00ab produits de construction \u00bb applicable aux vitrages isolants est plut\u00f4t bien respect\u00e9e par les producteurs. Dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, les contr\u00f4les documentaires et le contr\u00f4le visuel des marquages des produits fabriqu\u00e9s, n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9\u00a0de graves anomalies. Les quelques manquements concernent\u00a0l’absence ou manque de clart\u00e9 des d\u00e9clarations de performances (DOP), l’absence de marquage CE et d\u2019autocontr\u00f4les relatifs aux performances thermiques d\u2019un vitrage isolant (chez un fabricant qui a par ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en liquidation judiciaire depuis). Deux avertissements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9s aux si\u00e8ges de deux enseignes de bricolage car la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019all\u00e9gations relatives au cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t pour la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e alors que certains vitrages n\u2019\u00e9taient pas \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 ce dispositif. Il appara\u00eet que la r\u00e9glementation applicable aux vitrages isolants, en tant que produits de construction, et les proc\u00e9dures de v\u00e9rification de la constance des performances sont, dans l\u2019ensemble, bien respect\u00e9es, notamment gr\u00e2ce au r\u00f4le actif jou\u00e9 par un organisme certificateur qui r\u00e9unit la plupart des producteurs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
