C&rsquo;est en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cet enjeu que Lineazen a mis au point la technologie du CLT-C (Cross Laminated Timber Composite) de H\u00eatre, une essence pr\u00e9sentant des caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques plus de deux fois sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celle du sapin \u00e9pic\u00e9a, plus commun\u00e9ment utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La start-up industrielle a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 sa toute nouvelle usine fin 2014 en Moselle. Parmi sa dizaine de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences, deux op\u00e9rations repr\u00e9sentent particuli\u00e8rement son savoir-faire.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #bc1211;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-89726\" src=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/vesinet-600x380.png\" alt=\"vesinet-600x380\" width=\"381\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/vesinet-600x380.png 600w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/vesinet-600x380-150x96.png 150w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/vesinet-600x380-300x192.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 381px) 100vw, 381px\" \/>Extension-r\u00e9habilitation de la caserne du V\u00e9sinet<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet d&rsquo;extension-r\u00e9habilitation, la\u00a0caserne de pompier du V\u00e9sinet a fait appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;agence GAIA Architecture. Mauro Prini, architecte, a choisi le syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9sure structurel de Lineazen pour compl\u00e9ter la structure m\u00e9tallique et porter les fa\u00e7ades en b\u00e9ton CCV au coeur du projet : \u00ab\u00a0<i>les\u00a0pr\u00e9sures FEN-M r\u00e9pondent parfaitement aux exigences du projet architectural, car ils reprennent les efforts induits par les panneaux CCV, tout en r\u00e9pondant aux exigences thermique, feu et acoustique. La possibilit\u00e9 de construire un b\u00e2timent en fili\u00e8re s\u00e8che et pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 a constitu\u00e9 un atout incontestable pour diminuer le temps d&rsquo;assemblage et par cons\u00e9quent les d\u00e9lais de chantier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #bc1211;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-89727\" src=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PH1-600x400.jpeg\" alt=\"PH1-600x400\" width=\"384\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PH1-600x400.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PH1-600x400-150x106.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PH1-600x400-300x212.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/>\u00ab La pens\u00e9e verte \u00bb : b\u00e2timent de 5 \u00e9tages en coeur de ville<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La pens\u00e9e verte \u00bb est une op\u00e9ration en dent creuse, un b\u00e2timent de 16 logements de 5 \u00e9tages situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Asni\u00e8res (92), construit int\u00e9gralement en structure bois. Adam Vieira, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de AVF Promotion, et l&rsquo;architecte Philippe Lamarque ont choisi les syst\u00e8mes de murs (FEN-M) et de planchers (FEN-P) de Lineazen. Construire la ville requiert des techniciens adapt\u00e9es : l\u00e9g\u00e8res, modulables, respectueuses de l&rsquo;environnement, faciles et rapides \u00e0 monter en zone urbaine dense.
