A partir de maintenant les ministres prennent le relais pour finaliser les discussions.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019objectif de 2\u00b0C n\u2019est pour l\u2019instant pas atteint<\/h2>\n<p>Les formulations actuelles dans le texte ne pr\u00e9voient pas de r\u00e9vision \u00e0 la hausse des engagements des Etats apr\u00e8s analyse si le compte n\u2019y est pas. En mati\u00e8re de financement, rien d\u2019engageant non plus. Or nombre de pays en d\u00e9veloppement ou moins avanc\u00e9s conditionnent leurs efforts \u00e0 un soutien financier. Beaucoup d\u2019entre eux ne sont pas en capacit\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui de r\u00e9duire leurs \u00e9missions suffisamment sans le soutien financier et technique des pays les plus riches. Enfin, aucun principe de r\u00e9vision des contributions actuelles sur la table \u2013 qui doivent s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 partir de 2020 \u2013 n\u2019est pr\u00e9vu. Or ces derni\u00e8res nous mettent sur une trajectoire de 3\u00b0C. En l\u2019\u00e9tat, le projet d\u2019accord acte donc l\u2019\u00e9chec de l\u2019objectif principal de cette COP21 : limiter le r\u00e9chauffement plan\u00e9taire \u00e0 2\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pour Denez L\u2019Hostis, pr\u00e9sident de FNE :\u00a0<em>\u00ab Cette premi\u00e8re semaine des n\u00e9gociations s\u2019ach\u00e8ve sur un texte en demi-teinte. Le champ des possibles est encore tr\u00e8s large au regard des nombreuses options qui doivent faire l\u2019objet de compromis. Nous sommes au milieu du gu\u00e9. Les observateurs, dont les ONG, restent \u00e0 pied d\u2019\u0153uvre pour maintenir la pression sur les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations et obtenir un accord ambitieux qui r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 l\u2019urgence climatique \u00bb.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Les ministres ont du pain sur la planche<\/h2>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l\u2019adoption du projet de texte, fruit de cette premi\u00e8re semaine de travail, les ministres entrent en jeu. Ils ont jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mercredi pour trouver des compromis et pr\u00e9senter un texte d\u2019accord qui sera adopt\u00e9 vendredi. Si certains points ont avanc\u00e9, beaucoup d\u2019autres n\u00e9cessitent encore du travail. On notera plus particuli\u00e8rement que la question du financement polarise encore les tensions entre pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et pays en d\u00e9veloppement et moins avanc\u00e9s.
