Apr\u00e8s un nouveau recul d\u2019activit\u00e9 en 2015 entra\u00eenant la destruction d\u2019environ 30 000 emplois, l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016 devrait conna\u00eetre, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, l\u2019amorce d\u2019une reprise, principalement du fait de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration attendue sur le segment du logement neuf. Concernant l\u2019emploi, le red\u00e9marrage n\u2019interviendra qu\u2019en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les carnets de commandes du B\u00e2timent se sont un peu regarnis en 2015, tant dans les entreprises de dix salari\u00e9s et plus que chez les artisans. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9tiage aura enfin \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint, soldant une perte d\u2019activit\u00e9 de 21,1 % \u00e0 prix constants depuis 2007. En 2016, le b\u00e2timent conna\u00eetra donc un d\u00e9but de reprise, estim\u00e9 \u00e0 + 0,9 % en volume. Il faudra toutefois attendre 2017 pour que le secteur renoue avec une croissance soutenue.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019actuel consensus de place table sur une croissance de 1,4 % pour le France en 2016. Ce chiffre repose notamment sur une hausse limit\u00e9e \u00e0 0,6 % des flux d\u2019investissement des m\u00e9nages. Or, le concept comptable de Formation brute de capital fixe (FBCF) qui se cache derri\u00e8re ce terme plus usuel d\u2019investissement, se compose \u00e0 85 % de logement neuf et de gros entretien. En retenant la pr\u00e9vision de la FFB de +5,5 % pour le logement neuf, de 1,0 % pour le gros entretien et une hausse de 0,6 % pour le solde, l\u2019investissement des m\u00e9nages progresserait alors de 2,6\u00a0%. Toutes choses \u00e9gales par ailleurs, la croissance du PIB s\u2019\u00e9tablirait alors \u00e0 1,5 %, soit 0,1 point de pourcentage en plus que le consensus de place.
