Les ventes se sont effondr\u00e9es de pr\u00e8s de 25%. Toutes les familles de mat\u00e9riels sont touch\u00e9es: les mat\u00e9riels compacts, les mat\u00e9riels lourds de terrassement, les grues mobiles, les grues \u00e0 tour, les mat\u00e9riels pour le b\u00e9ton&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon le Cisma, le syndicat des \u00e9quipements pour la Construction, les Infrastructures, la Sid\u00e9rurgie et la Manutention en France, cette chute a \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi en partie tir\u00e9e par la baisse des investissements des loueurs. Ces derniers avaient investi en 2014 en contradiction avec l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019activit\u00e9. En 2015, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pour le moins discrets.\u00a0Cette faible activit\u00e9 explique la d\u00e9gradation du taux d\u2019utilisation des mat\u00e9riels. Ce taux est estim\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 65%. On \u00e9tait proche de 70% l\u2019an dernier. Il tombe m\u00eame \u00e0 moins de 50% s\u2019agissant des loueurs. Elle explique \u00e9galement que l\u2019\u00e2ge du parc ait logiquement augment\u00e9. Il atteint 7,5 ans pour les terrassiers ou encore 6 ans pour les loueurs. C\u2019\u00e9tait respectivement 7 ans et 5,5 ans l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Un peu plus favorable, l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016 ne verse cependant pas dans un optimisme exacerb\u00e9. La prudence est de mise et les pr\u00e9visions d\u2019activit\u00e9 des grandes f\u00e9d\u00e9rations clientes pour l\u2019an prochain \u00e9voquent plut\u00f4t une stabilisation \u00e0 un niveau bas pour au moins la premi\u00e8re partie de l\u2019ann\u00e9e avant d\u2019envisager une l\u00e9g\u00e8re embellie sur la seconde. Les producteurs de granulats ou de b\u00e9ton pr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019emploi ne voient pas de reprise imm\u00e9diate. Leurs achats de mat\u00e9riels seront tr\u00e8s certainement encore r\u00e9duits l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine. Point positif, pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis 2009, les terrassiers pr\u00e9voient d\u2019accro\u00eetre leurs investissements.\u00a0Ceux-ci augmenteraient d\u2019un peu plus de 1%, ce qui ne porte cependant pas vers des quantit\u00e9s extraordinaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les achats seront prioritairement orient\u00e9s vers des pelles ou des compacteurs, m\u00eame si d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riels sont \u00e9galement list\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, les loueurs seront tr\u00e8s certainement beaucoup plus actifs en terme d\u2019achat de mat\u00e9riels l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine qu\u2019ils ne l\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e avec un taux pr\u00e9visionnel d\u2019investissement en hausse de pr\u00e8s de 1,5%. Pelles, mini-pelles ou encore compacteurs figurent dans leurs priorit\u00e9s d\u2019achats pour 2016. Enfin, les ma\u00e7ons maintiendront l\u2019an prochain leur niveau d\u2019investissement, achetant prioritairement des coffrages, des \u00e9chafaudages ou encore des mini-pelles.
